Representaci\u00f3n Legal.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl administrador \u00fanico o el consejo de administraci\u00f3n\nen su caso tendr\u00e1n la representaci\u00f3n legal de la sociedad en juicio y fuera de\n\u00e9l y el uso de la raz\u00f3n social, a menos que otra cosa disponga la escritura\nconstitutiva.
